• Kusters Calico Machinery Pvt. Ltd.(KCMPL) manufactures and installs the most affordable and excellent machines to the textile processing industry. More and more companies around the world are experiencing our machines. Our solutions in each case is a testimony of our expertise in process know how, design, manufacturing and installation. In-house automation not only ensures control over costs but also timeliness of a project execution.

  KCMPL manufactures the textile processing ranges such as singeing, de-sizing, bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, print washing and others for both woven and knits. We also manufacture machinery for flexible packaging industry for processing of aluminium foil, plastic film and paper in technical collaboration with Polytype of Switzerland.

  KCMPL is built up on an area of 9000 sq. mts and was established in 1997 as a Joint Venture of Eduard Kusters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (EKK) of Germany and Calico Industrial Engineers (Calico) of India. At present it is a group company of JAGENBERG AG, Germany. Engineers have got special training from Eduard Kusters on all the machines and are sent for regular skill upgradation programmes. All our departments are equipped to meet the requirements of the customer. Regular quality checks of the components at each stage ensure accuracy and reliability of the final product.

  Since 1997, we have supplied state-of-the-art machines to several reputed textile mills in India. such as Arvind Mills, Premier Mills, NSL Textiles, Dinesh Mills, Lovely Fabrics, S. Kumar’s, Bombay Dyeing, Raymond Ltd, Century Textiles, Bhilwara, Soma Textiles, Hanung Textile, Asarwa Mills, LNJ Denim and many more. KCML has exported machines to Turkey, China, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Bangladesh and other countries.

  We have delivered converting machines to Parle, Technova, ACG Pharma and also have exported to Russia, Dubai etc.
